Information we use and why

We use the details you provide through our contact, wanted, selling and purchase-enquiry forms. Depending on the enquiry, this may include your name, email, telephone number, address, registration mark, vehicle and entitlement details, budget, asking price and correspondence.

We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange purchases or sales, verify entitlement, administer agreed assignments, handle complaints, prevent misuse and maintain required business records.

Our legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, meeting legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business and responding to enquiries. The forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and fraud. Google may process technical information such as IP address, device/browser information and interactions for this purpose.
